1st- WOOHOO! prelim2 over! and besides, todays SEA history paper went well i think.

2nd- im in a 'studied SEA till 0330-wake at 0530 and go to school- and study from 0630 till 11' kind of mood.

alright. so the last paper of my prelims went rather well. cant say the same for the rest though. i dread the day that i get them back. the 2 maths papers especially-urgh.

gyming with edwin is good. he's strong, so seeing him do heavy weights pushes me to do heavier ones too. haha. umm- actually i just dont wanna lose to him. HAH. but its good. he drinks protein shakes btw (expensive!) i guess i shall find a part-time job at the end of the year so that i can afford to buy the protein powder. hahaha. then gymmmmmmm. yup. according to hanxun, its called 'pumping muscle'. hoho. me like.

i think im kinda familiar with the bugis area now, having gone there quite a few times this year already. bought my new phone pouch. and walked around looking at clothes at 'Natural Project' and bugis street. 'Natural Project' is a nice shop with nice clothes at acceptable prices. now i just need an excuse to buy clothes. then... bugis street is full of poser/mat/beng clothes. but there are small, small numbers of shops which actually sell nice clothes of good quality cheaply. i kinda want to buy.

okay, edwin got so high that he made me walk all the way from bugis to little india with him. okay, not that far but still. apparently, he wanted to 'relive childhood memories', starting with some wierd shopping centre called 'fu lu shou'. err- to see his old chinese tuition? haha. then it was off to OG, where he bought some one of those containers of biscuits you dip into chocolate and little colourful sugar bits? haha. the sweetness is gonna destroy your teeth. PLUS- sugar is fattening, yucks. not too much please. is $2 too much for a tiny bottle of orange juice? YES- well edwin bought it satisfy his highness. hahaha.

2days into prelim2. HAH. joke. i would seriously be lying if i said id do well. i keep saying i study but when
crunch time comes i dont seem to have anything in this useless head of mine.

6down- 4more to go. i guess it isnt a lot.

modern world history and physics went along rather smoothly, couldnt really believe that those we prelim papers, not as tough as all the worksheets we've been getting. i THINK i managed to do okay for those. just worry that my essays for mwh were long enough with enough points. =/

elective geography and chemistry today. haha. wierd, the geog elec paper was rather easy to deal with, even wrote 4pages worth of stuff, think i may finally do well for it. but the chemistry one was truly a killer. everyone i asked found it tough... except for THE albert. haha. smart fool, argh- im jealous. hes gonna get his 6points la.

okay, ive established that i need some kind soul to tutor me in geog and chem since their both so shaky i havent got much interest in both so i cant study on my own. hais. other than that, nothing much to talk about this week. finally- GYM on friday with edwin (he better not ps me again!), haha i cant wait. we're gonna try bench presses, 30kg ought to be tough enough. YAY.

oh yeah, i heard today that edwin has been becoming rather high at night and calling people at 1-2ish to spout random nonsence. haha. you better not call me, i might just get so irritated that i just accept the call and leave it there. hoho- free incoming. you ought to go sleep and be like your interesting friend: who dreams of me when she doesnt know me. CREEPY.

alright. ncc annual camp 07. headed over to school to join them at noon. derek was supposed to meet me at 12plus BUT somehow both he and ly came over late. TSK. haha. did emaths tys at the grandstand until the specs got everyone to fall in there for briefing for ifc. then it got kinda awkward.

me at grandstand: (hears sounds of boots at people fall in- looks up)
cadets: one-two-three...
me: oh darn... (head in hands)
cadets: good afternoon senior!
me: err... hi guys

-awkward silence- (crickets make squeaking noises)

HOW TO DO WORK. seriously wierd sitting there with 60 guys looking at you. nvm.

alright- derek and liyuan came at last. sat at grandstand talking to mamchow for awhile then joined senior zhouyang at the bball court. okay- after this my memory goes a little fuzzy. i was at the bball court for a kinda long time, so i cant exactly place when eugene edwin and gabriel showed up. anyway, we headed to the fitness corner after awhile and sat around talking. tawan joined us too (haha. he actually read my previous post and came to entertain me- THANKS bro). the time we spent talking/picture taking reminded me how much ive been missing since ive passed out of ncc. its been a long time since i interacted with people outside of my class and tuition peeps.

hung around, watched the sports night. well, interesting? haha. seniors ordered pizza for dinner at... 10plus? okay from then on, did emaths all night. only respite was a little walk around the school at around 2. yeah, just walking around an empty school- was kinda tempted to take some pictures, the place looked so tranquil and cool. its amazing how i can just walk around the school alone at night and dont feel wierd anymore. haha. really like a second home.

kinda finished up on work at around 430, played cards with the rest till 630, where we just upped and left. haha. nothing else for us to do anyway. guess the whole thing was more for us to relive our ncc camp lives more than anything else. yeah, i miss going to camps i think. btw- edwin psed me in the middle of the night (he suddenly got up from sleeping and decided to go home!) haha. anyway, didnt feel like going to the gym alone, so i just went home to sleep then. so ends another annual camp.



okay- im gonna try out the national library as a study place once again this sunday morning, hope there isnt that mad rush for seats. wish i get a table yeah? haha. actually i just need to go to bugis wallet shop to buy a new phone pouch since iggy spoilt the zip on my old one. TSK. so troublesome alright. you owe me man.

dont you think people swear too much? oh yeah they do.

recently- ive gotten sick and tired of hearing people swear. its so uncouth and uncivilised, pollutes the air i think. maybe you'd think im being old fashioned or whatnot, but it just sucks so much. yeah. and even young kiddos are using these words too. what is our society coming to.

people say: 'oh its normal, nothing to worry about' and 'hey, everyone i know uses these words' does it mean that its alright to do something cos everyone else does it? i dont think so.

i guess this sounds strange coming from me, after spending close to 4 years in cat high. but aye, if not now, when? hmm. somethings just not right.

i think the only thing worse is when i see girls who just spew these things in like every sentence. not being sexist or anything but it just kinda shocks me a little (maybe cos 4years in a guy school- not much interaction with girl, hah) anyway, do they think it sounds cool or something? darn it sounds so wrong, which guy is ever gonna go out with a girl who's so foul mouthed? that guy must have something wrong with him too i guess.

dont i sound all wise and mature? haha. interesting. i just thought of writing this post cos i bumped into a group of teens younger than me on the way home from huisuo today. in the few sentences i heard as i was walking past... well lets just say i wished i could bleach the insides of my ears.

alright. ncc camp tmr, dropping by for 1day 1night. then heading to the gym on wed morning with edwin. be back on wed afternoon/evening. message me to entertain me pls.

woke up late. good good. for the first time in ages- i had more than 4 hours of sleep. sleeping at 4, waking at 11 is kinda cool (still doesnt hit the required 8 hours though =/ ) kinda stoned around watching tv and such before going for tuition. nothing interesting.

ohyeah tuition was good. INTEGRATION: area under graph! haha. and apparently SK isnt after HM. hoho. okay, felicia moved up to sit beside me today, and for some reason, SK also moved over to sit on our side of the class too. coincidence? hmm, i think not. watch out feli- he's after you pretty girl! hahaha. on an academic note: love the tuition more and more, im getting more in touch with my amaths. yay.

ooooh. dinner was great (kinda). first time ive been to the place.

queensway shopping centre = long bus ride. ( but anything's possible with the magic school bus... okay, its bus 100)
alright, there was this odd couple on the bus with me. boarded the bus together with me at serangoon mrt station, took the bus for like 50mins then got off at vivocity. umm... i kinda went '!?!?!!!!!' and '!!!!!!!!!!'. haha. the lady was on the bus complaining about the long bus ride when the mrt trip from serangoon to vivo is 20mins? heres a tip: take the train dumbdumbs.

anyway, lunched with xy and waited for kevin and jon to come. (yeah, its kinda always the few of us going out together- haha). xy and i played with msg : msg drink! yeah man.

walked around and around and around and around and around and around and around and around and around.... well you get the point. xy was looking for running shoes, me a bag, and well the others were out to accompany? shant go into details but well he got his shoes and me my bag. hoho. thanks for the tip kevin.

alrighty. jon, kevin, xuanyi and i were supposed to meet at tpy mrt at 9 this morning. but- me being the cuckoo that i am, i totally misjudged the distance between my house and tpy via mrt. ended up there at like 0815? haha. i even stopped over at novena mrt to waste some time. thanks to me, xuanyi had to wake up early to meet me there. haha. he even wasted $2 buying a mac breakfast. sorry dude. btw, jon couldnt go because of some ... 'unknown' reason.

okay, the weather was so nice when i left the house, but this horrible storm came out of nowhere and ALMOST ruined the day. thankfully, the 40min-1hour++ bus ride to changi allowed time for the storm to stop. there was barely a drizzle when we arrived. had to wait still though, the CSSC people didnt allow us to go out to sea, tsk. so we went down to the beach to waste time/grumble/do nothing?

finally rented the kayaks at 1120 for 3hours ($9). haha. felt quite bad cos they had to get the motorboat into the water JUST FOR US. yeah, there were no other kayakers at the time. actually, i dont think we really went there for kayaking, i spent only a small portion of the 3hours kayaking, more of tanning my arms and ... other stuff? hmm. i'll just go to the gym next time, more exercise. heh. oh did i mention- i had to put up with kevin's incredibly huge ego and terrible singing all the while too. =P

kinda went for a little dip by the seashore after awhile. there were these two dogs at the beach. one golden retriever and a ?scottish terrier?. ooh, the scottish terrier was so cute. it kept playing with the plastic bottle (which kevin threw on the sand) and kevin was so worried that the dog would eat the bottle and die. HAH. okay, but nice dog anyway, it let me pat its head! woohoo.

lunch was great. something ive been looking forward to eating in such a long time alright - SUBWAY. haha. let me make a reccomendation: 'subway club' is one of the cheaper and nicer tasting ones sold. well actually, ive yet to taste one that doesnt taste good soo... HEH. but omg, i feel so stupid la, i left the two cookies on the table when i left, then the people threw them away- tsk, i was gonna eat them on the way home. aye. haha. sounding like a pig.

ohyeah, im really getting my mood back alright. i think after this cough gets lost, i can start laming again. hopefully make tuitions less quiet and boring. thats all the excitement for now- back to work i guess, been slacking off too much, camp next week somemore. haii.

as we were talking about today: the first week of the school holidays was 2 weeks ago, and the second week is next week. haha. and then nicholas had to ruin my beautiful thoughts by adding this line: ' actually its not one week of rest, its one week till prelim2!' -_-" what a wonderful thing to look forward to.

oh im so looking for a duffel bag to bring clothes around when i go out, anyone have any recommendations where i can get a good quality and nice looking one for a reasonable price? any sort of brand would be alright, not like im some flashy branded guy.

urgh. kayaking on friday and ive got this horrid cough. haha. i keep telling people that im gonna die from coughing too much soon perhaps one time my lungs and some crap will just fly out of my mouth when im coughing then. OOOH. but now i dont really mind, my mum bought this supposedly good chinese medicine (Sea Coconut Brand?!?!) and its really good! err. not in the sense that its curing me, but that its yummy! haha. cough until crazy i guess, nice medicine. but but but... it tastes like mints with a tinge of sweetness! plus it doesnt induce drowsiness. cool.

went out today... or rather saturday was YESTERDAY. met albert and xuanyi and vivo to have a look around to see if there were any nice bargains worth buying from the sports shops. nope. haha. wasted like 3 hours getting there, looking around and getting back for tuition.

tuition was kinda bore today. ive been rather listless and moody recently. not really sure why either. please dont hold it against me if i get a little cranky. hmm. dont seem to have any mood to do anything. haii. when i cant even find anything to lame about during tuition, its never a good sign i guess.

oh well... no more slacking, back to racking my brains to solve those annoying questions. AH. i asked BEN NEO. yes- the extraordinary ben neo, and even he couldnt help to solve the questions. die la. if he cant solve, how can i right? haha. i guess i'll finish this paper and go to sleep... at like 6? haha.

2 weeks over. and ive not done that much work yet. omg, im so far behind schedule. 1 more week of lessons, then i'll probably drop by annual camp for a day or two. hmm. where am i gonna find time to revise at this rate? hai.

and im kinda upbeat today. i finally found the watch my dad gave me last night in some deep corner of my messy cupboard. IT DOESNT NEED BATTERIES. haha. cool. yup, i have a watch to use at last.
